Parking Permit Information
Parking permit information is as follows:
Parking permits entitle a student to park in the student parking lot. They are not a guarantee of a specific space. Permits can be revoked at any time if a student does not follow the guidelines.
A valid driver's license is required at time of purchase. Permits are valid for the entire 25-26 school year. Seniors have the first option to buy starting at 9am on 8/8 & 8/9, (if there are remaining permits, the sale schedule is as follows) juniors starting at 9 am on 8/10 - 8/11. All other sales begin 8/12. Permits are valid to park in student lots A & C. Once purchased, complete a permit application form to pick up your permit. Parking is limited and all spaces will be sold. Once the permits sell out, students can place themselves on the waitlist on the Cowboy Webstore or come to the Activities Window to be placed on the waitlist. Tuesday, August, 12th. students can start turning in applications to the Activities Window. For the permit to be valid after purchase you MUST turn in a completed application and adhere the permit, visibly to your windshield in the lower left hand corner (driver’s side).
Monday, August 18th, parking tickets will begin to be issued. Do not park in the student parking lot if you do not have a valid LHS parking permit adhered to your windshield in the lower driver side corner.
Students who park in the student lot without a permit, or who park in the staff lot (even if you have a permit) will be ticketed. Each ticket is $45.00 for the student lot and $50 for the Staff lot.
