PBIS HEROES
Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a schoolwide framework that helps create a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all students. Rather than focusing on discipline, PBIS teaches, reinforces, and recognizes positive behaviors while providing consistent expectations across campus. Students learn what is expected in different school settings, are acknowledged for making positive choices, and receive additional support when needed. By promoting respect, responsibility, and kindness, PBIS helps improve school climate, strengthen relationships, and support both academic and social-emotional success for every student.
