Welcome Back Seniors!

You did it, you made it to your Senior year!! This year will be filled with lots of “last” and fun activities specifically for you.

To help keep your year organized and to plan accordingly, we are providing you with a list of Senior activities. Keep in mind that these are just senior activities and do not include events like homecoming, or sports events.

Class of 2026 your Disney Grad Night Info is here!

Please make sure to read this information in detail before signing up for the trip. 

Our Disney Grad night will be on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026. Students will get to enjoy both parks during the day and join the exclusive grad night party from 10 pm - 2 am in California Adventure for the class of 2026 only. 

The total cost for trip participation is $480 and can be paid in full or in payments by the following payment schedule on the below itinerary image. Cost of the trip includes roundtrip transportation, one day park hopper admission to Disneyland Park and California Adventure Park, and admission to the exclusive 2026 Grad Nite Party in Disney’s California Adventure Park.

There are no refunds for the Disneyland Trip. If you choose the payment plan and decide 

not to go, you are still responsible for completing the payments of the trip.

The Disneyland trip for the class of 2026 will take place on Wednesday, May 20th – Thursday, May 21st. Please review the following itinerary. The total price is $480 per student, which includes park entry and transportation. The trip is payable on the following payment schedule or all at once (with the understanding, you must meet all guidelines as stated):

  • Required deposit: $200 Deposit is required by Nov 20th. This deposit reserves your spot on the trip and counts as the 1st payment of the trip. Any student who decides they would like to attend the trip after Nov. 20th will be placed on a waiting list.
  •   2nd Payment: $140 is due no later than Dec. 19th. (To participate in the event, you must meet this deadline.)
  •  Final Payment: $140 is due no later than Jan 20th. (To participate in the event, you must meet this deadline and currently be passing all 1st Semester Classes.)

Note: Students not in good standing according to the Senior Contract or have earned any F’s on the 1st semester report cards will only be refunded if there are waiting list students available. Any Participant not paid in full by Jan 30th, 2026 will be subject to a late charge.

Cancellation Policy:

  •   Prior to Dec 1st                                                  Full refund
  • From Dec. 2nd, 2025 to Jan 1 st, 2026           Amount already paid minus $100. 
  • After Jan 1st, 2026                                            No Refunds*

*If you need to cancel attending the trip after these dates you may find an eligible senior (not already attending the trip) to attend in your place so that you may receive a complete refund of what you have paid up until April 1st at 4 PM. See Mrs. Castro if you have any questions (this includes tickets that are canceled due to grades, behavior, or attendance issues.)

Deposits and balances can be purchased at the Cowboy Web Store and at the activities window during window hours. Permission slips will be available at the activities window on March 24th and are due no later than April 9th 4 :00 PM to the activities window. Students will sign up for their bus when turning in their completed field trip permission slip. The permission slip may be turned in by one person for groups of up to 10 students.

Please keep in mind that once a student has signed up for a bus, changes will not be made.

**Tickets may be canceled by the administration at any time, for any reason without a guarantee of refund.
